SoloMate (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you use the SoloMate app and website.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the SoloMate app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use SoloMate.
Use of Service
- SoloMate provides AI-driven voice and text conversations intended for companionship and entertainment.
- You must be 18 years or older to use the service.
- You agree not to use SoloMate for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
Plans and Payments
- Text chat is free.
- Voice usage: 15 minutes/day free, 60 minutes/day with Premium, 120 minutes/day with Silver.
- Extra blocks of minutes can be purchased separately.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled in your app store.
Privacy
- Your use of SoloMate is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
- AI Personas and Celebrity Partners
- Some personas are AI clones of public figures, created only with their explicit consent. Content and topics are governed by strict guidelines

SoloMate is not a medical, therapeutic, or counseling service. Conversations are supportive in nature but not professional advice.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you misuse the service or violate these terms.
